How to purchase a Gift Card:
Gift Cards can be purchased and sent to friends & family from the website HERE or via our FREE APP. Once signed in, please first click on your PROFILE and ADD A PAYMENT CARD. Then click BUY GIFT CARD. Simply fill in the required details and schedule the email to the receiver at a time that suits.

Instructions for recipient:
Once you receive your Gift Card email you can download the FREE APP HERE from the Apple Store on your mobile device, or login via the website HERE.
Simply press LOGIN, select UK & search for the Country Linen Store. Press FORGOT PASSWORD, enter your email address and press CREATE A NEW PASSWORD. Open the new email and click the link to create your own unique password and then press RESET.
Please then sign in to the APP using these details, entering your address. Once completed you will be taken to the home page where you will see your gifted amount is credited to your account ready to use!

2. Pack your laundry
Our driver will arrive on the requested day and transfer your laundry into our reusable CountryLinen bags for you to keep.
Please ensure to separate out your whites and clearly label the service you require!
No need to count or weigh your items!
3. Wash Time
Your order is checked and weighed and you are sent an order summary.
We wash your clothes according to your preferences with maximum care.
You are charged automatically once your order is complete!
4. Delivery
Your fresh laundry is packed and delivered to you the following week.
Your driver will collect new orders as per your chosen pick up schedule.
